Maiden call CMA CGM Tenere

Thursday 5 November the CMA-CGM Tenere will arrive at RWG for its maiden call in the Port of Rotterdam. It is the first LNG-powered vessel of the very large container ships (VLCS) generation and RWG is the first deep sea terminal to be 'LNG ready' in the Netherlands. The CMA-CGM Tenere is a 14,800 TEU vessel, in a series of six, chartered by CMA-CGM. The vessel is 366 meters long and 51 meters wide and is currently deployed in the NEU4 service of Ocean Alliance. Mid November the 23.000 TEU LNG-powered counterpart, CMA-CGM Jaques Saade will also arrive for its maiden call.
