Regular opening hours

The entire year, the RWG terminal is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. If the terminal has to be closed due to weather conditions or planned system outages, this will be communicated through the website and mobile application of RWGServices.

Holiday season

• During Christmas, the terminal will be closed from December 24th 15.00 until December 26th 07.00. On December 24th, the last available time slot is from 13.00 until 14.00 (drive-in is possible until 14.15) and on December 26th, the first available time slot is from 07.00 until 8.00.
• On New Year’s Eve, the terminal will be closed from December 31st 15.00 until January 1st 15.00. On December 31st, the last available time slot is from 13.00 until 14.00 (drive-in is possible until 14.15) and on January 1st, the first available time slot is from 15.00 until 16.00.
